This is not just a course on the nuts and bolts of how to drive SkyDemon, but more importantly includes "Best Practice" on the essential configuration, setup, threat and error management, and use during flight planning and then during flight!
SkyDemon is a marvellous application for pilots, and whilst it's relatively intuitive to use, there's nothing like being taught how to use it properly. And not only being taught how to use it properly, but also being taught by pilots who are instructors and examiners who know best practice and how to achieve the very best out of SkyDemon too!

What is SkyDemon
SkyDemon is an application that runs on mobile devices, the type of which are many and varied, and is used by VFR pilots in both flight planning and navigational flight. It relies upon the GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System), otherwise known as GPS. Various third-party add-on devices are available to provide GNSS (GPS) signals (where the mobile device does not have the capability), and also for traffic awareness. SkyDemon can give the pilot access to aeronautical information (AIP), including VFR charts, for a vast array of countries world-wide.
